What We Do

Four primary capabilities around vision AI on constrained hardware, each with a clear entry offer on the Engagements page. Data analytics and AI automation are available for selected clients through our existing practice.

Four primary capabilities: feasibility studies that determine what is possible on your hardware; inference benchmarking that measures the real numbers; model development designed around your constraints; and deployment engineering that takes a lab-proven system to production. All begin with measured evidence, not estimates.

Capability 01

Feasibility & Applied R&D

Can this run on this hardware, at this accuracy? We assess feasibility and recommend a path before you commit resources, measuring against the constraints of your actual device, not a generic benchmark.

  • Technology viability assessment on target hardware
  • Accuracy-vs-latency trade-off curves, measured
  • Architecture options ranked against your constraint
  • Risk and gap identification
  • Recommended approach with evidence rationale
ImpactA go/no-go decision backed by measured evidence, not a slide deck.
Capability 02

Measurement & Benchmarking

Full characterization of an existing vision system on its target hardware: latency distribution (p50/p95/p99/max), power draw from sustained-window sampling, thermal behavior under load, and a verifier script so you can reproduce every number independently.

  • Latency distribution: p50, p95, p99, max
  • Power measurement from sustained-window sampling
  • Thermal throttling characterization under load
  • Claim-to-file manifest linking numbers to raw logs
  • Verifier script for independent reproduction
ImpactA complete, reproducible performance picture, not estimates, not averages.
Capability 03

Model Development Under Constraint

Build or adapt a vision model to fit a budget we measured first, instead of training big and hoping it fits. Architecture decisions, quantization strategy, and pruning choices are made against real numbers from your target device.

  • Custom detection and classification model development
  • Quantization (INT8, FP16) with measured accuracy-latency trade-off
  • Pruning and architecture search under constraint
  • Thermal & low-visibility perception (optical and thermal cameras)
  • Performance benchmarking at every iteration
ImpactA model that meets its hardware budget by design, not by luck.
Capability 04

Deployment Engineering

Export, engines, pipelines, thermal reality. Getting a vision system from notebook to production means surviving sustained load, thermal throttling, and driver constraints on real hardware. We engineer the full path, TensorRT, ONNX, JetPack, pipelines, and validate it under production conditions.

  • TensorRT and ONNX export and engine optimization
  • JetPack and driver-level integration
  • Inference pipeline engineering and profiling
  • Sustained-load and thermal validation
  • Verification, validation, and field testing protocols
ImpactDependable operation in production, not just in the demo.
